European Law Governance School at the European Public Law Organization (EPLO) in Athens provides students of Mariupol State University with a unique opportunity to obtain a European education in law.
Scholarships for study are provided under an agreement between the university and the EPLO, the purpose of which is to develop friendly relations between Ukraine and Greece and to promote the integration of MSU into the European and world educational space.
Thanks to the agreement between Professor Kostyantyn Balabanov, the Rector of MSU and Spyridon Flogaitis, the former Minister of Internal Affairs of Greece, Director of EPLO, Honorary Professor of MSU, students and graduates of Mariupol State University will receive scholarships that will cover three years of study and dormitory accommodation.
Students will study in international educational programs that have no analogues in the world. They have been developed by leading scholars in the field of law and provide young people with a wide range of opportunities for professional self-realization. Upon completion of their studies, students will receive a bachelor's degree of the European standard, which is recognized in all countries of the European Union.
The educational institution provides four scholarships for those wishing to travel to Greece, as well as 10 scholarships for distance learning.
Students and graduates of the majors "Jurisprudence", "International Law", "Public Administration and Administration", "International Relations" and others can submit applications for participation in the competition. The main selection criterion is a high level of English language proficiency.
Currently, three students and a graduate of MSU study at the European Law Governance School. Future lawyers study national legislation, laws and principles of modern governance in the EU.
MSU is the first higher educational institution in Ukraine to join the European Public Law Organization. The EPLO Representation in Ukraine has been working on the basis of the university since 2006, promoting the development of legal education and science, increasing the legal literacy of the population.
