Associate Professor Julia Kazhan, the acting Head of the of German and French Philology Department of Mariupol State University, participated in the annual congress of the Association of Polish Germanicists, held from May 17 to May 19 in Opole (Poland).
At the conference, the MDU lecturer presented a report "German Language in Ukraine and Possibilities of Teaching Materials for German Language Studies," which she prepared together with her colleague and lecturer of the German Academic Exchange Service (University of Amsterdam, Netherlands) Henning Radke.
This report was prepared within the frameworks of the participation of Julia Kazhan in the project "German tracks in Ukraine". The project is organized by the Scientific and Research Center on issues relating to Central, Southern and Eastern Europe at the University of Regensburg (Germany). It brought together scholars from Germany and Ukraine and provided for the studying German tracks in Ukraine and the development of teaching materials for the educational process.
This was my first experience in preparing a scientific report together with my German colleague. Henning Radke graduated from the Free University of Berlin and has been serving as DAAD lecturer in Amsterdam for five years. Our cooperation was very fruitful and contributed to deepening knowledge about the possibilities of using informational technology in the educational process and expanding scientific contacts,
