On May 17th, Mariupol State University celebrated the World Vyshyvanka Day. The original international holiday is intended to preserve folk traditions of creating and wearing Ukrainian clothing.

On this day, the national clothes were worn by staff, teachers, students and foreign students of the university. After making a photo they joined the flash mob # вишиванка_МДУ, which started in social networks.

The group of students-activists organized the dance flash mob aimed at supporting and popularizing Ukrainian culture. Also, the team of Mariupol State University joined other festive events of the city.
