On June 1, a meeting of the English Speaking Movie Fans Club under the guidance of the Yana Panova, assistant professor of the Theory and Practice of Translation Department took place at the Window to America Center at the Mariupol State University.

The members of the club have watched and discussed the drama of director Robert Lee Zemeckis "Forrest Gump" with Tom Hanks in the lead role. The film has won 38 awards around the world, including 6 Oscars. 

During the Facу-to-face discussion, the participants agreed that there were no inaccessible goals, and noticed how important to be who you are in all circumstances, to love people, to believe in oneself and never give up.

The meeting of the club ended with the games from the book «Activate games for learning American English».
