Rector of Mariupol State University, Professor Mykola Trofymenko took part in the Solemn Plenary Meeting of the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland (Konferencja Rektorów Akademickich Szkół Polskich) on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of KRASP. The Head of the University arrived in Warsaw as part of a delegation of the Union of Rectors of Ukraine headed by Petro Kulykov.

During the working visit, educators held talks on joint Educational and Scientific cooperation with the heads of National Associations of European countries: Poland (Arkadiusz Menzyk), France (Manuel Tunyon de Lara) and Germany (Peter-Andre Alt).

No less important for expanding the network of international relations was a separate session with the President of the European University Association, Professor Michael Murphy. The participants discussed the possibility of involving the Union of Rectors of Ukraine and Ukrainian universities, in particular the University of Mariupol, in the work of the EUA.

Rectors of Ukraine also joined a number of meetings with the heads of leading Higher Education Institutions in Poland.

Today, it is very important to ensure the internationalization of educational programs of Ukrainian universities in order to create new opportunities for our educational applicants. At the same time, it is necessary to prevent the "Outflow of brains" to European countries, since after the Victory of Ukraine, it is young people who will restore our country and ensure its development,
