Preparatory Department for Foreign Students
Mariupol State University trains foreigners for the enrollment at Universities based on the license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (order by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No 102-л dated 22.05.2017).
Center for Pre-university Training and Student Affairs trains foreigners for the enrollment at Mariupol State University as well as at any other University of Ukraine.
University curriculum allows trainees of the preparatory department studying Ukrainian or Russian at student’s discretion. During the first term, only Ukrainian or Russian language is taught. During the second term, under the training program chosen the following subject are introduced: Math, Country Studies, Basics of Economics, History of Ukraine etc. Studying all these subjects, students deepen their special knowledge and get acquainted with new terminology of Ukrainian and Russian languages, which is the next stage of studying the language.
Preparatory Department Graduates receive a certificate, which gives them a right to be enrolled to any university of Ukraine.
The enrollment process requires receiving invitation and providing the following documents:
• Application form;
• A copy of foreign passport;
• A copy of certificate of study with transcript supplement;
• Written consent on data processing.
To receive the invitation, please send scanned copies the documents to the email of the international relations office of MSU. Invitation is the ground for VISA D issuance.
Foreigner informs education institution of the details of his/her arrival to Ukraine (date and time of arrival, flight number/transport) not later than 3 days before the arrival.
