Lyudmyla Nikolenko is the author of more than 100 research theses. The results of her research work are actively implemented into the practical activities. She has developed draft-project notes for the code of business law in Ukraine as well as methods, instructions and regulations on business law and case law.

The research theses by Lyudmyla Nikolenko lay down the foundations for the formation of a new science as well as a brand teaching-prescribed discipline in Ukraine –"Law of Evidence". Her fundamental research and applied learning aids are well known to the scientific communit, and the terminology she has proposed is widely used by experts, scientists and researchers.

Lyudmyla Nikolenko guides student and postgraduate research, supervises the juridical clinic of MSU Economics & Law Faculty and initiates activities aimed at development of young people’s legal culture.
