On 20 April, Mariupol State University joined the fourth online training workshop "Introduction to Intercultural Communication" by Netherlands Business Academy. The event took place in the framework of the Erasmus + INTERADIS project "International Students Adaptation and Integration".

The project, which brings together educational institutions and enterprises in Ukraine, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Lithuania, aims to integrate international students into the Ukrainian and European educational space through cultural, ethnic, social and academic values.

MSU was represented online by the staff of the International Relations Office headed by Lidiia Shevchenko, Head of the Office, as well as professors working with international students.

 
During the workshop, educators learned about the Short and Long term goals of their Dutch colleagues regarding internationalisation and considered the issues of intercultural competences and European citizenship. During the group discussion, participants discussed the goals of internationalisation and the organisational changes for its successful achievement.
